JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation - Accounts Executive

Location - Faridabad

Shift Timings

09:00 AM to 06:00 PM IST

Job Description:-

· Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc.

· Handling day-to-day accounting.

· Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments.

· Complete handling of AP process, including invoice recording, keeping track of payments & releasing payments on priority basis.

· Handling all banking related works, Bank reconciliations & all required RBI Compliances.

· Managing treasury function.

· Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email.

· Ensuring compliances with accounting and tax laws.

Key Skills:

· B.com or any other equivalent qualification in Finance.

· Minimum 3years experience required.

· Preferred working experience in Indian Industry or CA firm.

· Excellent record-keeping and accounting skills with high ethics.

· Knowledge of Tally or other equivalent accounting software is preferred.

· Good team player.
