About This Role
We are seeking a seasoned Presales Manager to join our team at L&T Realty. As a key member of our Presales team, you will be responsible for managing leads, improving lead management processes, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Presales professionals to generate quality walk-ins across various projects.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates and enhance revenue growth.
- Monitor team performance, set targets, and ensure timely achievement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and adopt innovative solutions to drive business growth.
- Prepare insightful dashboards to inform top management decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in team leadership, preferably in Presales or Telecalling.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MIS and MS Office, with knowledge of Cloud Telephony and CRM systems.
- Graduate or above degree.
