
Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Executive to spearhead our partnership and franchise development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential companies/entrepreneurs for strategic partnerships and franchise agreements.
- Evaluate and qualify prospective partners, assessing their fit with our business objectives.
- Develop tailored pitch decks, proposals, and presentations to present to potential partners.
Relationship Management
- Bulk and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all partner-related communication and issue resolution.
Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Lead negotiations on commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to finalize partnership/franchise agreements.
Market Research & Lead Generation
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and franchise trends.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, events, digital platforms, and other channels.
- Prioritize lead generation efforts based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or franchise operations.
- A proven track record of successfully onboarding and managing business/franchise partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High level of organizational and multitasking skills.
