About our organization:
We are a SaaS startup building an AI-native Marketing, Support & Sales suite for e-commerce brands.
We're currently working with 3000+ e-commerce brands globally across 50+ countries.
This is a true business generalist role that involves working closely with our CEO on cross-functional initiatives.
- Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners — your primary responsibility is to bring clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cross-Functional Problem-Solving: Work with different business functions to solve complex problems using first-principle thinking.
- Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to shape pricing/packaging strategies and enable the team with better processes and tools.
- Customer Success: Drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn through strategic inputs and process design.
- Partnerships: Own and drive key partnerships (e.g. payment providers, enablement tools) ensuring seamless coordination across teams and timely execution.
- Company-Wide Initiatives: Lead company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR — from improving onboarding processes to driving org health projects.
