Strategic Partnership Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of strategic partnerships with colleges and universities in India.
The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills, a proven track record in B2B/B2E sales (education sector), and the ability to drive revenue through long-term collaborations.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and prospect potential college partners, researching their needs and developing customized partnership models.
- Develop deep, trust-based relationships with principals, directors, trustees, heads of departments, and training & placement officers.
- Negotiate and finalize mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs at partner campuses.
- Monitor partnership performance using KPIs such as student enrollment, program completion rates, and placement outcomes.
- 5–10 years of experience in college/university partnership, institutional sales, or academic alliances.
- Strong network within the higher education sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in marketing, business development, or related fields preferred. Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
