
Strategic Partnerships Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead strategic partnerships, drive business growth, and lead end-to-end deal execution.
- Track market trends: Analyze market developments to identify high-potential partnership targets that align with our organizational goals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of brand-led businesses: Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of opportunities across various categories, ensuring a consistent stream of potential deals.
- Lead deal execution: Oversee the entire deal execution process, including financial modeling, synergy analysis, and commercial due diligence inputs.
- Coordinate due diligence efforts: Collaborate with internal and external advisors to ensure a seamless transaction process.
- Cultivate relationships: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bankers, consultants, and target business leaders.
- Partner with brand founders: Work closely with brand founders to develop annual operating plans, financial forecasts, and long-term business strategies.
- Drive performance reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews and deep-dive analyses for acquired brands, highlighting actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
