Brand Partnership Director - Variety India

We are seeking an exceptional Brand Partnership Director to join our founding team and help shape the future of media in India. As a pioneer in the industry, we aim to set the stage for this exciting new chapter.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand partnerships, intellectual property creation, and revenue growth. They will be responsible for leading strategic partnerships across various channels, building and scaling IPs from scratch, and driving monetization strategies through innovative alliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue high-value opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brands, agencies, and media partners.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform partnership decisions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing partnerships to optimize results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in brand partnerships, IP creation, and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian media landscape and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
