Program Manager Role Overview

The Program Manager oversees the Line of Business (LoB) programs and initiatives, driving strategic and operational programs that foster growth and performance management. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining program governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements effective reporting structures, including regular status updates, risk assessments, and issue tracking.

Deliverables:

  • Provides regular and ad-hoc reports to program leadership and stakeholders on LoB performance and initiatives, status, risks, and issues.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing dashboards using relevant tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Agile operating model and structured cadence within and across functions.
  • Program Management practices and digital journey awareness.
  • Management graduate or postgraduate degree and program management certification.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A strong blend of business acumen and technology skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
