AI Innovation Hub Delivery Lead

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a background in AI, digital transformation, or large-scale technology programs. As an experienced delivery leader or program manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex AI programs.

  • Define and implement delivery frameworks, agile practices, and program governance for AI initiatives.
  • Oversee the delivery of AI programs, from scoping to deployment and adoption.
  • Drive alignment between engineering, data, and product teams to ensure milestones, budgets, and outcomes are met.
  • Anticipate delivery risks and resolve blockers, ensuring projects scale on time and within scope.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure that delivery outcomes align with commercial goals and customer impact.
  • Establish reporting structures, dashboards, and KPIs to track progress and communicate results to executive leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading delivery teams in AI, digital transformation, or large-scale technology programs.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and their application in delivering complex programs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to drive alignment and collaboration across multiple teams.
  • Knowledge of program governance and risk management principles.
