Job Overview:

  • As a technical lead, you will oversee the development and integration of Python-based applications with Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • You will design scalable microservices and APIs for AI features, collaborating with MLOps teams to deploy and monitor AI models in production.
  • Additionally, you will ensure performance optimization, cost efficiency, and security in LLM workflows, guiding the team on Python best practices and code reviews.
  • Furthermore, you will stay updated on emerging AI/LLM advancements, proposing adoption where beneficial.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python programming languages including FastAPI and Flask.
  • Experience with LLM integration, including OpenAI API and Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Understanding of RAG pipelines, vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, and Milvus.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering & evaluation techniques, as well as MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, and Langfuse.
  • Containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong grasp of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture, model fine-tuning and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving AI environment.
  • Agentic AI or Model Context Protocol (MCP) and background in data pipelines (ETL, streaming data).
  • Ai security & compliance practices and prior work in scalable enterprise AI products.
