Driving Operational Efficiency

We are seeking a Process Excellence Transformation Leader to spearhead our efforts in systematically improving organizational processes. With a focus on reducing costs, enhancing efficiency, and elevating product quality, this role will be pivotal in driving lean transformation and best practice implementation across the business.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Value Engineering, as well as proven experience in driving COGS reduction programs. They will have an analytical mindset, proficiency in tools like Excel and Power BI, and strong stakeholder management skills.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional workshops to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, partner with teams to analyze and optimize costs, and develop Standard Operating Procedures for critical processes. You will also collaborate with Quality teams to reduce defect rates and improve reliability.
