Senior Change Management Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects meet objectives on time and budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.

Job Description
  • The focus is on the people side of change, including process, system, technology, job role, and organizational structure changes.

The primary responsibility is to create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage, while minimizing resistance. This includes driving faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization, and proficiency with the changes impacting employees, leading to increased benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achievement of results and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or HR is required.
  • At least 5-14 years of relevant experience in business, engineering, computer science, or human resources.
  • Strong techno-commercial knowledge and change management skills are essential.
  • Prosci Change Management certification is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on consulting experience in change management is a must.
  • Supply chain/S4 Hana experience is a valuable asset.
