About the Role

As a Process Developer, Order to Cash, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations while maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your tasks will include:

  • Making collection calls to customers, emailing or faxing invoices, or obtaining hard copies as per their requests.
  • Identifying and resolving unidentified cash and leading the end-to-end process of Cash applications.
  • Processing cash application functions to invoices at assigned sites, ensuring timely, accurate, and confidential Daily Receipt Reconciliation (DRR).
  • Following up on customer/internal disputes, customer questions, and working between departments to obtain resolutions.
  • Reconciling orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customers for collection or refund.

We are seeking candidates with a strong understanding of day-to-day operations and the ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Graduate degree in Commerce (B.Com).
  • Meaningful experience in similar roles.
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written).
