Transformative Learning Experience Specialist

As the HR Engagement & Initiatives Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee satisfaction and retention across the institution's schools, PU colleges, early years centres, and Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement an onboarding program that ensures a smooth cultural assimilation for new employees.
  • Develop and track a 30/60/90-day employee journey framework to capture expectations vs. achievements.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with employees to ensure they are meeting their goals and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Partner with leadership to create holistic performance dashboards that blend people insights with operational accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years' experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools, HRMS, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
