
Human Resources Leader

As the HR Head for India, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive human resources strategy that aligns seamlessly with our overall business objectives.
You will lead a team of HR professionals, acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, fostering a high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent. You will champion employee engagement, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment that empowers our people to thrive.
- Develop and implement human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and global initiatives with country.
- Facilitate the organization's structural planning and reorganization efforts.
- Manage the full spectrum of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development.
- Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
- Support in the development and implementation of global human resources programs.
- Partner with business leaders to provide human resources guidance and support.
- Provide strategic leadership and effective management to the Human Resources team in India.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Utilize human resources metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and improve human resources processes.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success.
- Experience working in a multinational company, preferably in hearing healthcare, audio technology industry.
