We are seeking an accomplished Senior Human Resources Manager to oversee our organization's HR functions.
- Job Summary:
- This full-time role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws to ensure a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through strategic workforce planning and development.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, addressing concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in human resources management, recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
- Expertise in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance protocols.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is an added advantage.
