
Human Resources and Administration Leader

The role of an Assistant Manager, Human Resources and Administration is crucial in overseeing the human resources management and administrative functions for a regional office. This position requires strong leadership skills to manage employees effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resource Management from a reputable institution
- Experience in independently handling some of the HR systems especially recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in working on HR Information Systems (HRIS)
