The Senior Human Resources Manager position is ideal for an accomplished HR professional with proven expertise in managing HR operations within a manufacturing environment.
The role requires dynamic leadership to oversee comprehensive HR operations, drive efficient recruitment, champion process improvements, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster positive employee relations across functions.
- Lead and manage all aspects of HR operations, including administration, payroll, statutory compliance, audits, and HR process optimization within a manufacturing setup.
- Direct end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical positions, delivering efficient talent acquisition in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Champion HR processes and initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, drive process automation, and maintain best-in-class standards.
- Ensure full adherence to compliance and audit requirements, monitor labor law updates, and maintain statutory records.
- Oversee employee relations, resolve grievances, and develop strategies to maintain a collaborative work climate and high engagement across various levels.
- Guide the management and smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment to business objectives and statutory mandates.
- Partner actively with the leadership and business heads to address people challenges, succession planning, and workforce readiness in the manufacturing domain.
