Human Resource Support Specialist

About the Role:

The primary objective of this role is to provide comprehensive support to the HR function, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective employee engagement.

This includes maintaining accurate records, coordinating attendance and payroll, and handling administrative tasks with utmost efficiency.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for supporting management in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Additionally, you will be expected to assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, providing a warm welcome to new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Coordinate attendance and payroll processing
  • Handle administrative tasks with efficiency and precision
  • Support management in HR policy implementation and compliance
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools.

A graduate degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR/Administration is essential.

You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with ease and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
