Lead Transformation Projects

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead high-impact transformation projects with global enterprises.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading full project lifecycles from planning to delivery.

They will build and manage high-value client relationships, ensuring stakeholder trust.

Deliver measurable business outcomes and ROI from engagements.

Anticipate and manage risks, escalations, dependencies, and scope changes.

Continuously improve delivery methodologies and client engagement models.

Mentor and guide teams, driving efficiency and quality.

Act as the primary client-facing leader for enterprise transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  3. Deliver tangible business benefits through strategic project management.
  4. Identify and mitigate project risks.
  5. Develop and implement efficient project delivery methods.
  6. Foster collaboration and teamwork among team members.
  7. Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in project management within IT or BPO.
  3. Proven track record of managing complex projects.
  4. Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  6. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  7. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban methodologies.
  8. Experience working with scaled Agile frameworks, product, and portfolio management.
  9. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, CSPO.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  1. Previous experience managing AI projects or working with US-based clients.
  2. Domain expertise in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Telecom.
  3. Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
