Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced project portfolio leader to spearhead and coordinate the successful delivery of a Source to Pay (S2P) Digital Transformation Initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management & Delivery: Lead end-to-end project management of the S2P digital transformation, develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, track progress against milestones, and ensure timely delivery of all workstreams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as primary point of contact between business (procurement, finance), IT, external vendors, and implementation partners, facilitate regular project meetings, steering committees, and status reporting, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, maintain risk logs, issue logs, and escalation protocols, ensure adherence to project governance standards and compliance requirements.
  • Change Enablement Support: Collaborate with key stakeholders on change requests, help manage transition of users from legacy systems and processes to new tools and workflows by tracking adoption metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ Years of Project Leadership Experience: PMP Certification preferred.
  • Oracle EBS SME Experience in Procurement Processes:
  • Understanding of Integrations Across Systems and Platforms:
  • Experience Working in Industries with Complex Supply Chains: With large-scale ERP or procurement system implementations and integrations.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills and Attention to Detail:
  • Strong Communication, Stakeholder Management, and Leadership Skills:
