Job Title: Senior Digital Transformation Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive innovation and strategic growth in our organization's IT services division.

As the Head of the Digital Business Unit, you will lead multidisciplinary teams in developing cutting-edge solutions that align with business objectives.

You will play a pivotal role in transforming how clients leverage technology to enhance their digital footprint and achieve business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of digital portfolios for customers from a delivery and operations perspective.
  • Team Management: Empower delivery managers, program and project managers, and ensure effective risk and issue management.
  • Business Management: Monitor projects, revenue, margins, revenue growth, yield per employee, and customer satisfaction.
  • Growth Mindset: Own the growth of the portfolio and make hiring and offboarding decisions.

The ideal candidate has 18+ years of experience in managing large transformation programs and projects, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in IT services, consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
