We are seeking a Training Program Manager to design and implement training programs that enhance the skills and performance of associates. Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

About the Role
  • Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers.
  • Develop effective training programs and materials for associates at all levels.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver workshops and classroom training sessions for associates as per their training needs.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
  • Track training participation and maintain accurate records.

The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles, excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Required Skills:

  • Masters / Post Graduate Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and training software.
  • Understanding of eCommerce and cross border trade space.
