Our Training Manager is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that support the sales team in achieving business objectives.

Key responsibilities include conducting needs analysis, identifying skill gaps, and designing training interventions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training or sales, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a willingness to travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and deliver training programs on products such as mutual funds, equity markets, and derivatives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including sales teams and business leaders.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and results.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in training or sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Preferred qualifications include NISM VA certification and relevant training certifications.
