**Job Summary:**

As a Process Trainer, you will lead the day-to-day functional direction of agents within a training classroom environment.

The ideal candidate will utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills, including creative training techniques to prepare and present training materials through various delivery modalities.

This role requires achieving individual training performance metrics and supporting transition to production environment. Additionally, maintaining relevant product knowledge by participating in client meetings and side-by-side observations is essential.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and deliver training programs using adult learning techniques to improve knowledge transfer.
  • Measure training program effectiveness through feedback methods to identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend curriculum modifications based on internal customer feedback to enhance the training experience.

**Qualifications:**

  • A graduate degree in Pharmaceutical Science or related field is required.

  • Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills, with excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong time management, team building, and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to multi-task, with a sense of professionalism and attention to detail.
