Job OpportunityKey Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced professional to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for all departments.

  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires to ensure alignment with hotel standards and culture.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Learning Strategy Development

The ideal candidate will develop a learning strategy that aligns with the hotel's goals and objectives.

  • Promote a learning culture that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Develop training programs that meet the needs of various departments.
Talent Development Support

This role will support talent development initiatives such as leadership programs, upskilling, and cross-training.

  • Facilitate performance improvement plans and support career pathing efforts.
  • Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Evaluation and Monitoring

The successful candidate will maintain accurate training records and provide regular reports to HR and senior management.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, legal requirements, and health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
