About the Job:

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Learning & Development to drive organizational growth and employee development.

The role involves designing and delivering impactful training programs that enhance patient experience, service excellence, teamwork, and leadership capabilities within the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Create a structured learning roadmap for employees at all levels.
  • Design and deliver behavioral and leadership training programs for employees across different levels.
  • Implement onboarding behavioral training programs for new employees to ensure seamless integration.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs for departmental heads and high-potential employees.
  • Facilitate executive coaching programs for emerging and existing leaders.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using metrics and post-training evaluations.
  • Analyze training ROI and business impact to inform future initiatives.
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership to drive learning initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Graduation or post-graduation in any discipline.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a service-related industry, preferably aviation or hotels.
