Soft Skills Trainer Position

The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for delivering and overseeing the training of employees. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and understanding comprehensive training materials.
  • Evaluating the learning progress of individuals and providing feedback.
  • Collaborating with managers to identify and assess training needs.
  • Conducting seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions.
  • Leading training teams and ensuring the effectiveness of training programs.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Soft Skills Trainer will also:

  • Interface with clients to understand their training requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with work standards, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare educational material such as modules, e-learning content, and self-learning materials.

Key performance indicators for this role include:

  • Designing and executing training programs that meet the needs of employees and clients.
  • Reviewing training received and ensuring that training files are complete and up-to-date.
  • Managing all training documents and maintaining a comprehensive training calendar.
  • Auditing documentation for completed training and mentoring the L&D team.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Strong knowledge of various training methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to travel and collaborate with stakeholders to determine training needs.
