About the Role

This is a high-profile opportunity to join our HR team as an experienced professional in compensation and benefit management.

  • We are seeking a skilled individual with expertise in compensation consulting, specifically at the level of senior consultant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering solutions independently in the area of Compensation & Benefit, working closely with clients to understand their needs and providing tailored reports based on market analysis and client data.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing project plans in collaboration with clients;
  2. Scheduling meetings with key stakeholders as required;
  3. Monitoring progress and reporting against deliverables;
  4. Escalating any delays or issues to the project manager;
  5. Presenting recommended solutions to clients;
  6. Modifying solutions based on client feedback within established frameworks;
  7. Liaising with finance teams to raise timely invoices;
  8. Tracking payments and managing client relationships;
  9. Identifying key clients in assigned industries;
  10. Meting prospective clients to present solutions;
  11. Creatiung proposals for new business opportunities;
  12. Interacting with clients to gather information and discuss deliverables;
  13. Building strong working relationships with clients.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with a strong background in human resources or a related field, preferably with an MBA or equivalent. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience post-qualification is required, along with relevant experience in compensation domain. Prior consulting experience is highly desirable.
