
Executive Business Manager

This is a key role in our organization responsible for ensuring timely implementation of plans and targets through the business channel. The successful candidate will be required to conduct regular progress reviews with our outlet staff, identify gaps and take remedial action where necessary.
About the Role:- Main Responsibilities:
- Create a preferred brand amongst micro banking customers across all products.
- Coordinate with outlet staff for new product launches and promotions.
- Establish relationships with BC outlet/branch managers to drive business growth.
- Maintain strong field activities and provide support as needed.
- Identify opportunities for newer geographies, products, processes and customer segments.
