HR Business Partner Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The ideal candidate will possess strong HR expertise and a strategic mindset to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, partnering with business leaders to enhance organizational performance.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing issues and facilitating conflict resolution through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Drive talent acquisition efforts, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for various roles by leveraging recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews to evaluate employee progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional growth, focusing on development opportunities and career advancement.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce effectiveness, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and culture transformation efforts, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business results.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change within an organization, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations in India, with the ability to apply knowledge to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
