Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Central and Payroll Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to meet business needs.

You will perform system configuration, testing, and deployment for new enhancements and payroll functionalities. Additionally, you will manage integrations between SuccessFactors EC, ECP, and third-party systems (SAP ERP, Finance, Time Management, Benefits, etc.).

Support business users by troubleshooting issues, resolving payroll discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy. Assist in data migration, validation, and governance for EC and ECP modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to streamline HR and payroll processes.

Provide ongoing support and system enhancements, ensuring compliance with local and global payroll regulations. Conduct training sessions and develop documentation for end-users.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll reporting.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Boomi, or other middleware.
  • Proficiency in SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC) and knowledge of country-specific payroll localization.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and issue resolution.
  • Knowledge of HR business processes, payroll compliance, and HRIS best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Time Management, Benefits, and Compensation modules in SuccessFactors.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors reporting tools (Ad Hoc Reporting, People Analytics, etc.).
  • Understanding of SAP HCM Payroll and its migration to SuccessFactors ECP.
  • Experience working in global HR and payroll environments.
