Roles and responsibilities: Generating new partner identification and onboarding process

Job description:

- As a partner engagement executive, the team member will be responsible for identifying, engaging and onboarding global partners as per the partner development strategy
- Team members should have sound understanding of the cloud services business model and B2B sales process
- In this role the team member has to manage partner development targets and strategies to achieve the planned targets
- Ability to build qualified database - drive detailed business research and gather right quantitative and qualitative information to ensure targetted partner development campaigns
- Accountable for various lead generation activities - focus on activities and outcomes
- Any CRM knowledge will be an added advantage.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- Team members with 2 to 3 years of experience
- A business degree (BBM or MBA)
- Team members from sales - especially B2B process - IT services, IT products, BPO are preferred
- The team member should have a good understanding of sales process flow (especially in B2B tech services sales)
- The role requires the team member should be able to have a good conversational / engagement skills on various business and macro-economic issues
- Use of social media tools and technology for effective customer research and engagement plans
- Strategic business acumen, disciple, persistence and focus on the goal is must
- Good presentation skills with written and verbal communication

Preferred:

- Team members with research orientation and ability to understand customer business model, their propositions and our fitment with customer business
- Ability to draft an approach note / proposal and negotiation is preferred
- Understanding of Salesforce products and full-stack development
- Working knowledge on global partner channel development process in B2B services

KPI:

- # of partners onboarded - signed-up and shown-interest
- Partner relationship growth - revenue growth from partners
- Partner success
- Partner relationship nurturing activities
