
Business Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity in the fast-growing pension industry.
The role involves client acquisition, account management, project execution, and promoting NPS.
You will be directly contributing to expanding NPS adoption by working with corporates, PSUs, emerging partners, and individual clients.
Closely collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute plans to achieve business targets & expand customer base.
Promote NPS to corporate and retail clients.
Generate new leads through references, networking, and market outreach.
Prospect, meet, and engage with top management of corporates (CXOs/VPs).
Negotiate terms, onboard corporates, and manage client implementation.
Conduct presentations and awareness sessions on retirement planning solutions.
Provide client support, resolve queries, and ensure smooth servicing.
Stay updated with PFRDA guidelines and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Fresh Graduates – 2025 Batch Pass-Outs
- Candidates with 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, or Relationship Management
