Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team. As a BDA, you will work to drive growth, establish relationships with potential clients, and enhance our brand presence. You will be responsible for managing customer leads, developing new dealers, negotiating deals, and ensuring strong customer and dealer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment while gaining exposure to key aspects of business development, marketing, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Support:

- Assist in identifying and generating leads.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver promotional materials.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal teams or clients.

Client Relationship Management:

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Assist in managing client queries and provide timely follow-up on leads.
- Help maintain and update the customer database.

Social Media and Content Support:

- Assist in content creation for social media platforms, including blogs, posts, and graphics.
- Support social media campaigns to enhance engagement and brand presence.
- Monitor social media channels and provide insights into engagement trends.

Qualifications:

Educational Requirements: MBA or equivalent degree (Fresher).

Skills & Attributes:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
- Familiarity with Search Engine Advertising (SEA) and web analytics.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow up consistently and maintain disciplined workflows.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior internships or exposure to sales/marketing roles is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
