Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate at Batteryfy, located in Hubli. The Associate will be responsible for customer interactions, managing EV charging stations, coordinating with the hotel and restaurant services, maintaining work pods, and ensuring a smooth operational flow. Additional responsibilities include providing support for , assisting with sales, and addressing customer inquiries.

  • Sales assistance and inquiry handling
  • Basic technical knowledge for maintaining EV charging stations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Hubli
  • Experience in hospitality or related fields is desirable
