A business development associate position is available to drive client acquisition in the US financial services sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactive prospecting, managing a sales pipeline, and nurturing leads to offer various professional services including accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and taxation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prospecting clients, generating leads, and managing a sales pipeline for professional services.
- Offering financial services like accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and taxation to US clients.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers by leveraging financial expertise.
- Collaborating with internal teams to scope projects and present tailored solutions.
- Originating new client relationships and serving as an expert to close deals.
Necessary Skills:
- 3-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role within the financial services sector.
- Expertise in consultative sales methodologies and ability to identify client needs.
- Broad experience across various industries to understand a prospective client's financial context.
- Ability to engage with business owners and senior executives to serve as a financial partner.
Desired Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in outbound prospecting, managing a sales pipeline, and providing initial financial consultations.
- Understanding of the sales process from initial contact through to contract-signing.
- Effective communication skills to tailor solutions for diverse audiences.
