Leadership Position: Director of Strategic Development

The role requires a visionary leader to manage our Knowledge Excellence Centre at the prestigious Bhayandar campus (Keshav Srushti).

  • You will expand current activities, introduce new areas of study, research, training, and take projects in socio-political-economic arenas to policy level wherever possible.

This position involves strategic guidance and operational excellence of existing campus facilities and their expansion projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fostering collaboration with government bodies, academia, and civic partners;
  • Guiding and ensuring execution of strategy for in-house talent management & development programs;
  • Overseeing campus infrastructure, HR & administration, financials, and other stakeholder relations through an established team led by the CEO.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Any professional qualification with a Ph.D. preferred;
  • Proven experience of 20-25 years in leadership, education, social research, public policy, or non-profit sectors, industry;
  • Strong track record in program development, partnerships, and team management;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities;
  • Commitment to ethical governance and public leadership.
