Customer Order Management Expert

You will be responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services. This role involves close collaboration with sales teams, production, purchasing, and shipping departments to ensure seamless execution of sales solutions and customer support cycles.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.

In addition to technical expertise, this position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts and develop new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer application requirements and provide suitable product solutions
  • Coordinate orders with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
