Job Summary

At Copeland, we are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in Delhi, India. This role involves handling customer requirements, providing technical support, and driving business growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Support customers with technical queries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sales engineering or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of pneumatics, electrical automation, and field instruments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in factory automation, machine automation, and related industries.
