Job Summary

Copeland is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing technical support, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including product demonstrations, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales engineering, with a focus on electro-pneumatic applications and factory automation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of pneumatics, electrical automation, and field instruments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
