Job Overview

The Assistant Manager Human Resources is a key role in our organization, responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, and various HR management tasks.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive workplace environment, and driving business growth through effective HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HR operations, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement
  • Oversee various HR management tasks, including recruitment, talent development, and employee retention
Requirements
  • HR Management and HR Operations skills
  • Experience in handling Employee Relations and HR Policies
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience in the packaging industry is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
