Main Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Identify, evaluate, and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate interviews and communicate with both candidates and departments throughout the recruitment process.
  • Onboarding Process Management: Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Inventory Control and Management: Manage inventory, track and update records, procure office supplies, and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Create and update personnel, financial, and other databases.
  • Financial Transactions Handling: Handle petty cash, document financial transactions, ensure timely payments, and follow up on receivables.
  • Employee Records Maintenance: Maintain attendance, leave, and other employee records.
