About the Role:

Our organization is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner with 3-7 years of experience to support our HR team. This role involves executing core HR processes, ensuring day-to-day operations, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business units by aligning HR practices with operational needs.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization.
  • Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances in a timely manner.
  • Assist managers with performance management, including feedback and development plans.
  • Maintain HR dashboards to monitor key people metrics.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities that foster a collaborative workplace culture.
  • Support organizational change efforts by ensuring seamless communication.
  • Collaborate with the central HR team on key projects.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in a generalist or HRBP support role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across levels.
  • Experience in managing employee relations, inductions, and supporting performance processes.
  • Organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail and process adherence.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards preferred.
