Job Title: Strategic People Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Strategic People Manager to drive business outcomes through effective people management. This role will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to business leaders and managers, driving business results through people-centric initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Source, attract, and hire top talent for open positions; coordinate recruiting processes, track applications, and conduct interviews. Guide hiring managers through the onboarding process, ensure positive candidate experiences, and complete first-day orientations.
  • Rewards Implementation: Implement employee recognition and reward programs that motivate employees and drive business results.
  • Employee Relations: Listen, address, and investigate employee issues, concerns, and complaints; partner with supervisors and managers to resolve workplace issues.
  • Employee Experience and Engagement: Identify what makes our organization attractive to candidates, highlight key differentiators, and leverage communications channels to convey our corporate culture.
  • Special Initiatives: Participate in department projects, including compensation, benefits, people systems, communications, and learning and development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business-partnering role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on driving business outcomes through effective people management.
