Transforming the future of energy requires a seasoned finance leader who can navigate complex financial landscapes with ease. As a Financial Leadership and Strategy expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with our organization's overall strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial and audit strategies in alignment with organizational objectives
  • Establish comprehensive audit frameworks and policies aligned with international best practices
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of integrated financial management systems
  • Manage cash flow and investments to ensure optimal liquidity and returns while minimizing risk
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards
  • Oversee all aspects of financial accounting, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and fixed asset management
  • Support the COO with annual budgeting processes and develop financial forecasting models
  • Establish and maintain robust financial controls for grants and project funding

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in auditing, finance, and accounting roles. Technical skills should include expert knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices, proficiency in using financial management systems, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, leadership skills should encompass strategic thinking and planning, strong leadership and team management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
