Financial Leadership Opportunity

This role is a critical part of supporting business growth in the premium market.

The Financial Manager will lead all financial operations, ensuring fiscal discipline, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to optimize financial performance.
    • Advise leadership on cost optimization, capital allocation, and ROI analysis to drive business decisions.
    • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure timely payments and efficient operations.
  • Accounting & Compliance:
    • Oversee day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Ensure statutory regulations (GST, TDS, PT, Income Tax) are met to avoid penalties and maintain a positive reputation.
    • Coordinate internal and external audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Procurement & Cost Control:
    • Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to track material costs and vendor payments to minimize expenses.
    • Implement cost control measures across supply chain and manufacturing units to improve profitability.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, variance analysis, and board-level dashboards to inform business decisions.
    • Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions and performance reviews.
  • Systems & Process Improvement:
    • Recommend and implement financial systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
    • Streamline documentation and approval workflows for finance-related processes to reduce bureaucracy and increase productivity.
