People Operations Specialist

What you'll do:

  • Manage onboarding, documentation, and operational processes for our growing team.
  • Support employee wellbeing, engagement, and development initiatives.
  • Help define and maintain policies, processes, and systems that make work smoother and more consistent.
  • Partner with leadership to identify and solve people-related challenges.
  • Champion a culture of care, collaboration, and growth across the team.

Who you are:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in HR, people operations, or similar roles.
  • You care deeply about people and culture, and enjoy building systems that make a difference.
  • You're organized, proactive, and skilled at problem-solving in a fast-growing environment.
  • You communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and can inspire trust across the team.
