About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated leader to manage HR functions and ensure compliance with labor laws.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing employee engagement initiatives, addressing grievances, and partnering with functional heads to drive effective recruitment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with statutory labor laws and factory act provisions
  • Implementing and managing employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity and morale
  • Addressing employee grievances through structured procedures
  • Partnering with functional heads to understand manpower requirements
  • Leading onboarding, training, and capability-building programs
  • Driving performance management processes
  • Maintaining accurate employee records
  • Oversighting plant administration
  • Acting as a strategic partner in plant operations and change management
  • Collaborating with regional and corporate HR teams

The ideal candidate will possess a postgraduate degree in HR/IR/Personnel Management and 3-7 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing/plant HR.

Requirements include:

  • Postgraduate degree in HR/IR/Personnel Management
  • 3-7 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing/plant HR
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and factory act provisions
  • Demonstrated experience in statutory compliance and contract workforce management
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic mindset with ability to drive change
  • Crisis management and problem-solving ability
