Strategic People Leader

The role of a Strategic People Leader is critical to organizational success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through people-related solutions.

You will work closely with senior leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution. This involves building relationships with key stakeholders and providing expert advice to drive lasting change in the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people plan that aligns with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create strategic propositions for talent acquisition, career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, employee engagement, learning & development, recognition programs, and rewards.
  • Use data strategically to identify trends and surface insights that improve organizational health and inform decisions regarding succession planning and career growth.
  • Build deep connections and understanding of people in the business to maintain a healthy pool of talent and succession for critical roles.

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and complex stakeholders to drive organizational change.
